I'm a total cpp noob, but managed to get ecc compiling using nan 2.1.0 and some changes I googled around from other nan projects :-) Is this good enough to merge back?

Probably not handy to have all these other commits in this pull request. Please let me know if you're interested and I'll make a better pull request!
