Individual segments in a program rundown should only show teaser text

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In the app, go under programs and select All Things Considered 
2. Tap into the first story in the list
3. Swipe through stories until you find a full text build out 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not all items in a program list have full text. For consistency, NPR would like 
to only show teaser text while navigating through items in a program. 
Currently, if a story has a more robust build out, we are showing it. If, 
however, a user finds this story through any other means, such as the top 
stories list, then we should show the full text if available.

A new build was just provided to NPR with this functionality.  A code update 
will be provided as soon as it has been reviewed.
