Hey! Please is there any possibilities on cli / module / sql api level for a reflection on

Diff db state to available migrations to run
Available work in progress migration processes
Subscription to handle events any of presented criterion changed.

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

Application continues delivery

Looks like check command is the solution for a diff resolution.
