Fetal AI corp scoring forces 2 credit discards on runner #123

Hi, just wanted to point out that I have had instances as the Corp where after I score the agenda Fetal AI, the script forces the runner to discard 2 credits. IIRC, the discard should only occur on runner's steal rather than corp scoring.

I have only had this when I self-host and play with myself (hope this information is relevant). I haven't had much chance to play with others online so forgive me if this isn't really a bug.

If you self-host, the game treats you as the runner as well, for debugging purposes. Don't worry about it, in a multiplayer it doesn't happen.
