Punitive Counterstrike inflicts meat damage to corp instead of runner

This was on my not-yet-updated dev version, so if you already fixed this in the last 2 weeks, please ignore ;). (I'm gonna rebase/merge tonight)

Could be, check after rebasing.

It was in regular 2-player, but on the old codebase, so I'll assume it is fixed by now or more people would have complained ;).
