Personal Workshop - Omni Drive #459

When installing a program from PW (start of turn or by paying creds to remove counters) I can't seem to install it correctly on OmniDrive. I target OD, hit f1 (similar to how I would do it for Parasite), the program installs but not on OD. Even after moving the OD counter to the program (which correctly accounts for MU) the credit on OD was not spent when using the program.
