http://us.moo.com/, http://www.vistaprint.com/ (cheaper) I don't have time to compare pricing and options.

Printing cards ourselves will be time-consuming (duplex printing, cutting paper) and expensive (printer, ink, paper)

Also I hope we will have a name@our-domain.tld instead of our Gmail addresses.
