11 years ago Here are a few key words that I came up with (which can be perhaps mix and matched): Example: Followers = Supporters / Following = Adventurers OR Followers = Fans / Following = Achievers
- Adventurers
- Thrill seekers
- Achievers
- Inspirers / Inspirees
- Challengers / Challengees
- Dream team
- Crew
- Admirers
- Believers
- Fans
- Supporters
- Minions
- Sidekicks
And I’ve been thinking, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr and Facebook use the terms “Followers” and “Following” so maybe we should just stick with it - keep some “social network” consistency. We already have things that are particular of Life. in the app like the Playground, the Bucket List and the Achievements so maybe adding a new set of names could just add another feature that is not necessary. We want the site and app to be intuitive so I think people may get confused at first (maybe we’ll be able to change it later when we get a better idea of our users and overall market). What do you think?
