new service IndeedApi (POOR Ruby Class)
only one public method => .get_jobs
no tests at the moment. Need some help on this.

It gets job_offer info from Indeed Api, by searching with all the categories in the database. And creates JobOffers.

Aside : Companies now have a uniqueness validation on their name. But nil and empty string are tolerated.
