Update Ruffle support #104

This fixes Ruffle support and enhances it in several ways:

Dynamically sizes the embed based on the SWF's width and height.
Integrates with the fullscreen and mute/unmute buttons
Allows setting Ruffle config options via the ruffle-swf.json file to improve the playback experience.
These Ruffle config options are set by default:
- Disables the splash screen
- Sets the base URL to allow multiasset items to work on the Internet Archive

Fixes #76.
