I understand from the FAQ some of the suggested tricks, but I was hoping to suggest a (hopefully) relatively straightforward way to delineate between different panoramas, which is to record a quick video (<1s) at the start or end of any pano attempt.
The difference in the filetype would make the different sets of pano more easily identifiable.
