Why does the call to getPreviousInstalledFileList is not passing mimosaConfig? mimosa bower:install fails because of that.

Thanks! I so rarely use bower:install. I almost always update the bower.json and then start apps with mimosa watch or build. Good catch!

I've pushed 2.3.6 of mimosa which incorporates this change.
