Deploy to EBRAINS #671

Describe the work done

The BSB is an EBRAINS component, N40, and this is the beginning of the deployment workflow outlined in the technical integration guidelines. Currently the workflow consists of a single step to mirror our main branch to the main branch of the mirror on the EBRAINS GitLab.
