Re-enable site custodian in project details or drop from PDF outputs #114

SDIS allows projects to nominate a "site custodian", who should publish any scientific study sites to https://scientificsites.dpaw.wa.gov.au/

The site custodian is hidden from project details, but shows up in PDFs. Choose whether to hide or show in both.
