Reporting shall be unchanged, but the system shall allow arbitrary new annual reports
Currently, only one annual report exists, and it includes only projects from one Division (BCS). With the addition of new Divisions and their Programs and Projects, additional logic is required to restrict reporting to specific Divisions.
Feature
[x] The Annual Research Activities Report (ARAR) of BCS projects shall continue to work as it does now.
[x] The ARAR shall include only BCS Division Projects.
[x] Although not immediately required, it shall be possible to include additional Divisions in the ARAR.
[x] Any Division included in the ARAR shall request Progress Reports from all their active and closing Projects.
[x] Although not immediately required, it shall the possible for other Reports similar to the ARAR to be added to SDIS, Like the ARAR, these Reports should be able to nominate one or multiple Divisions to participate.
[x] No Progress Reports shall be requested from any Projects not in scope of a Report.
