Problem

SDIS branding and text copy must be adjusted to new scope

The text copy on the SDIS start page, as well as field labels of all SDIS entities (Program, Project, Document) have to be adjusted from the current scope of implicitly only BCS to the new scope of all DBCA Divisions who conduct Scientific Projects.

Rebranding timeline: after 2021-22 annual BCS reporting to minimise disruption to BCS staff's reporting activities.
