In the forms that are presented when creating a new project (there are several variants), there are items marked with the value "(deprecated)" in the Research Function dropdown. Remove these, as they are no longer required.
Rory has indicated that other items in that dropdown may also need to be removed. He can provide the final list of these once you are ready to implement a fix for this.
