earlier changes: In production Blank page headers and footers Place Student Project table after External Partnerships table SP 2012-026 is in ARAR but should be closed SPP year-number in separate line below title, paragraph style Delete table appendix Delete placeholder text of SDS org chart Delete "an introduction to research activities" EXT table: new column headings: Partners | Project Title | External Funding | Parks and Wildlife Involvement EXT projects sort by partners name A-Z Rename "research activities" > Report on research activities Insert page break before each program Center all chapter headings - e.g. "Report on research activities" Center all section headings - e.g. "Biogegraphy" Program leader Biogeography: Adrian Pinder and Lesley Gibson Team list: exclude non-dpaw from team_list_plain, add note to documentation

headers and footers: keep or remove the header/footer separator line? Center chapter and section headings also in tables? Note org chart visual center is misaligned with page center.
