Data migration and QA: Fauna

Create an automated report (Rmd) comparing the TFA database with TSC.

• [x] Occurence
• [x] Conservation Documents
• [x] Conservation Threats
• [x] Conservation Actions

The report should be

• [x] accessible to DBCA staff (=on the data catalogue as resource underneath the TFA dataset)
• [x] readable by data custodians (Amy, Jess, Mel, Steve, Val, Jill) and managers (Ruth, Julian)
• [x] automated so that it can be re-run after another round of data ETL with a fresh legacy database snapshot

This report also serves as a starting point for all new and coming reports built from TSC, as it accesses and parses all relevant data in TSC. This sentence will make sense once we see an example.

Data migration is currently in review with TFA data custodians. We are awaiting feedback on

• [ ] sign-off on migration report (compare vs TSC vs TFA)
• [ ] fixing last issues with TFA data (followed by snapshot, import, QA, review, sign off)
• [ ] general review of TSC's functionality - are we good to launch with the status quo
