UAT one on one sessions

@florianm to sit with custodians one-on-one working through each existing workflow:

• Review workflow in legacy solution (TFA, TFL, TEC dbs): @florianm to document required data, required input, desired outcomes, required output formats, required consequences
• Review workflow in TSC: what's good? what's missing? what can be improved? how should it work?
• Structure from 1 and ideal workflow from 2 define the test script steps and success metrics
• After meeting, @florianm implements and documents the steps.
• At follow-up meeting, custodians review the test documentation - they should tell the story of their workflows.
