5 years ago Orange buttons on index should become a shortlist of any non-current name with either or any of:
- cons listing
- cons threat
- cons actions
- cons doc
- occurrence
Taxon detail page needs button/form "transfer all details to new name" (form field: new taxon) to transfer all thr, act, doc, occ to new name.
Cons listings stay with name. New names get new listings with own approval process.
Create work flow in TSC for a straight name change.
When a straight name change is applied (one new name replaces one old name), it should be made easy for the curator to transfer all of the old name's occurrences, threats, actions, and documents to the new name. Note that cons listings are created new with new name, and old cons listings stay with old name
