TFK flowering period #74

New field "flowering period" contains months. Do we need that field? Who uses this field for what purpose? Is there a Departmental point of truth for this? Currently this field in TFL is manually populated from human inspection of occurrence records from both TFL and WAHerb.

At least there is a verifiable point of truth based on WAHERB Records and promulgated via FloraBase.

@alexrchapman exactly, and with TSC becoming the point of truth for Threatened species and communities conservation status and occurrences, the lines between WHerb/WACensus/FloraBase/NatureMap/TFA/TFL/TEC will likely need to be redrawn. Much interesting discussion / mud wrestling to be had shortly!
