The SCB stakeholders have decided that TSC won't capture redundant information, such as anything one can derive from CDDP layers, cadastre, geomorphology etc.
This kind of context about the location is valuable for QAing location (poly/point), and good to capture in the "description" field. (label: docs) Analysts will want to use the CDDP layers and other useful context in their analysis. (label: reporting)
I'm putting this into milestone "post launch" as we need to come back to this in docs and analysis.
Problem
Land tenure information (who the land is vested with and what is the 'purpose' of the land) is very important information for flora. Lots of analysis is conducted based on these fields (e.g. recently we needed to know how many populations of threatened flora across the entire TPFL database were found on lands privately owned and vested with local government authorities). It informs management of threatened and priority flora populations.
Feature
Can these fields please be added into the first stage of entering occurrence data?
