Example: https://tsc.dbca.wa.gov.au/species/13617/ shows up as non-terminal species, but should be terminal, has three children that are non-current.
TSC currently shows a taxon as terminal if it has no children.
This edge affects curators when they review "non-terminal conservation listed taxa" for possible listing of their newly added terminal sub-taxa: https://tsc.dbca.wa.gov.au/ > "yellow buttons" > "Browse non-terminal thr/prio plants"
