Update turtleviewer to use WAStD data #37

Turtleviewer currently previews ODK Central data. Update TV to use canned WAStD data or an RData object deposited by an ETL pipeline (etlTurtleNesting).

Outcome: data incorporates QA changes, hotlinks media (rather than hosting another full copy of media files), contains links to edit records directly in WAStD (if user has sufficient permissions).

Closing as won't fix. The use of turtleviewer has been superseded by the reports rendered from WAStD after data import and subsequent export. The reports are superior to the pre-QA data as they contain post-QA data and link individual records back to WAStD for quick QA cycles.
