Some missing/bug/differences may be:
1) No support for these tags:
[source]
[source,console]
[source,shell]
[source,mbox]
[source,javascript]
[source,powershell]
(A workaround is: create these files in the directory ...\sw\highlight\3.1.8\langDefs
console.lang
javascript.lang
mbox.lang
powershell.lang
shell.lang (copy of sh.lang)
Please note: I not have a workaround for "[source]"
2) The style "====== Some Title"
(a style with more than 5 '=' is not handled/recognized)
3) AsciidocToGo confuses if in a code block you have a row with more than 4 '-' (for example '----------------')
workaround: A tab at the beginning, it solves the problem.
