Why did I connect only the UniProt taxnomy URI with rdfs:seeAlso and others with owl:sameAs? 1d63bb2faf3fd2adf58731f8e321535d1a489362

Is the UniProt taxonomy identifier used in RDF statements by UniProt, or is it a web page?
