Editing views #41

Hello. When I am connected to MSSQL I cannot edit the view code. Also the views do not appear as hints when writing SQL code in the editor.

Both good points, working on table editing at the moment, will pick these up after that is done.

Views hints are now included.. and will be part of the next release.
