Format Notebook Menu: It would be great to add a "Format Notebook" option in the notebook header. I've attached a screenshot for reference.
Format Cell Icon: Additionally, I suggest incorporating an icon for "Format Cell" within each notebook cell. I've also attached a screenshot to illustrate this idea.
