Hi guys,
I use inside of DBeaver and old eclipse plugin of a project called ERMaster. Why? Because allow to design databases and export to different types of databases and is the perfect marriage with DBeaver because in this ways I can import database ER Diagrams (DBeaver) and export (ER Master) the diagram directly to database that I'm working. So the idea is to combine the actual power of ER Diagram creation of Dbeaver with some key functionalities of ERMaster.
The problem:
Project ERMaster development stops their activities in 2015 to this days but the plugin still works inside of Dbeaver installation. For my kind of work I need to use geometry columns and most of the times I need to change SQL Dump manually and then do the export to the database.
Advantages
One of the advantages of both is the different database connections and the different possibilities for who manage different databases in different projects. In my particular case, most of the times I need to use different types of connections in GIS (Geographical Information Systems) projects.
