Reworked build scripts #150

Scripts are now meant to be run from subsequent platform directories, i.e scripts/psp/, scripts/linux, scripts/....
Reorganized scripts to follow a common logical structure for each platform.
Removed legacy/needless/too verbose comments.
Added better error checking.
Formatting.
