Hi, me again. A new error was encountered. I created a new issue since it unrelated to other issues I encountered so far.

I restarted the project to see if the error would be raised again. Update: It was.

This issue was solved by modifying the rule "quality_control.smk". I modified multiqc shell script to export local, I used German one.

    shell:
            """
                export LC_ALL=de_DE.utf-8
                export LANG=de_DE.utf-8
                multiqc {params}/qc/ -o {params}/qc/
            """

Like this I passed through mutliqc error. Probably there is a better solution. I closed this issue but please address it in your new release.

Best,
