UI not entirely intuitive.  make video of basic play, or help, or tutorial?

A scripted tutorial would be great but I doubt we have time. As a lesser fix we
should get some text explaining how the game works (possibly adapted from the 
design
doc) and have it accessible from in the game.

I added a simple help system listing the rules. So a full fledged tutorial is 
now a
little less important.
I would like to add code so the first time it's run, it shows the help 
automatically.
