We need an indicator of blob size

It's too hard to know which blob if either will win a battle.

* blob size printed in middle of blob to 1 significant digit.
* scaled up size displayed to 5 since 0.5-1.5 suffers too much from rounding.  a
"0.8" blob attacking another "0.8" blob is rarely a exact match-- one almost 
always
is larger and kills the other
