Says Game Over in chat before simulation is executed

The message box doesn't happen till afterwards. I think we should get rid
of it in the chat, but if not it should show up at the same time as the
message box.

same thing with the gameover sound-- it's played immediately after clicking 
done,
rather than after the final collision.  (this is what i would've expected, 
anyway)
