why can't john's laptop start the server in hotseat? #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start client without having started server
2. select hotseat
3. playerinfogui never shows up

wtf?  (low priority)

This works now, right? It's kinda scary that we don't know why, but let's close 
it if
it's not an issue any more.

fixed with new server starting and bundling (+magic)
