Try allowing both players to go at once

Bernie made what I thought was a very interesting suggestion, that both
players be allowed to queue up moves at once and then they execute all
together. I'd be interested in trying to implement this and seeing how well
it works.
We might want each player's moves to be private until they execute, in
which case this would only work for network play.
