Improved dev bootstrapping #14

Howdy!

This PR intends to make it easier to get started as a contributor for this workflow. It:

Adds the Trello API Wrapper as a submodule
Pulls the info.plist into the repo for editing
Adds a simple script to build the alfredworkflow zip file
Adds a brief contributor doc

Hoping to help other noobs offer PRs with less work figuring out how to change, build, and test.
