DBFlute Engine: remove log4j v1 dependency (velocity.log) from source code #134

Be switchable by user.

To improve DfFlutistLog4JLogSystem (extends Log4JLogChute). (implements LogChute directly and use Slf4j)

While, Is velocity.log needed?

And can we use reload4j? https://reload4j.qos.ch
