_scans for multisession lack their _ses part #31

bids-validator complained

                /sub-sid000021/ses-actions1/sub-sid000021_scans.tsv
                        This file is not part of the BIDS specification, make sure it isn't included in the dataset by accident. Data derivatives (processed data) should be placed in /derivatives folder.
                        Evidence: sub-sid000021_scans.tsv

since indeed should have been sub-sid000021/ses-actions1/sub-sid000021_ses-actions1_scans.tsv I will deal with these two since we need to get it going
