Make google docs version of current OLT for editing/commenting #3

need to transfer current Open Leadership Training Series to google docs for easier editing/commenting. all this really involves is copy and paste from https://mozilla.github.io/open-leadership-training-series/articles/readme/ into a google doc in this folder https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B4_58xQkngljbVYwbDJHcEpjbXM?usp=sharing each section should be separate doc. (see this example https://docs.google.com/document/d/1FmdELSzNEt9qRduwxuhE0FMX3sHsrpsHcLY7QAOYwsI/edit?usp=sharing)
