I've been seeing a connections to other projects and past work that has been done around open leadership, working in the open, and/or teen projects. I don't want these to get buried in issues (see https://github.com/dbild/teen-open-leadership/issues/4 and https://github.com/dbild/teen-open-leadership/issues/2 so planning to migrate over to
