setState_SP in Matlab interface shows the wrong error messages #131

In ./interfaces/matlab/toolbox/@ThermoPhase/setState_SP.m, you confused the 
order of the arguments: sp(1) holds the specific entropy. If sp(1) is negative 
the script complains that pressure should not be. And vice versa.
