timed out..... #2

Error during download of http://i.imgur.com/G4AKg.jpg rm: originals/1041fq.jpg: No such file or directory curl: (28) Connection timed out after 20004 milliseconds

Is this becasue I am in China?.....

This is difficult to verify, but it is possible. The image is accessible from Central Europe at least.
