[Request] Open page as captive portal #198

This is a bit complex and I'll see if I can get it working myself, I found a tutorial here https://picockpit.com/raspberry-pi/raspberry-pi-pico-w-captive-portal-hotspot-access-point-pop-up/

This would allow you to connect to the picoducky more easily and without knowing the ip to open.

I like this idea. I was hoping to get it implemented before DEF CON. I unfortunately ran out of time.
