"All chromosome genes from your gene list" would be better as just "Input list"

Ah this is the list annotated to "chromosome" That isn't clear.

Can you bold the term name or make it clearer some way?

It would also be really nice if the product name was included here. It would make it much easier for users to as they would not need to click on each ID to see what it is....

I made that text in bold to make it clearer. I will add gene symbols hopefully in the next version.
