Black Tendrils wording may be unintuitive/unclear #537

From steam community user angelar:

Black Tendrils (both the card and the debuff) reads "All damage you deal to other enemies is dealt to this enemy instead." However, blocked damage not redistributed to the target with Black Tendrils. The card does not specify only unblocked damage, which most cards that call unblocked damage do.

So is it the case that the wording should be changed to reflect only unblocked damage onto the target, or the implementation should be changed so that unblocked damage does get redistributed also?
