Hi,

I'm trying your template and it is very good and useful (I migrated from pfsense to opnsense recently). But I have only one problem: active checks do not work. These are there errors inside opnsense zabbix agent:

active check "opnsense.discovery[services]" is not supported: Item does not allow parameters.   active check "opnsense.discovery[openvpn_server]" is not supported: Item does not allow parameters. active check "opnsense.discovery[openvpn_client]" is not supported: Item does not allow parameters. active check "opnsense.discovery[gw]" is not supported: Item does not allow parameters. active check "opnsense.discovery[openvpn_server_user]" is not supported: Item does not allow parameters. active check "opnsense.value[carp_status]" is not supported: Item does not allow parameters.

Even interfaces discovery does not working.

I'm using Zabbix 7.0: could this be the cause?

Hi, I haven't tested it with Zabbix 7.0 LTS but I doubt that's related.

It's most likely that you need to have enabled the "Allow Parameters" toggle on your OPNSense Zabbix Settings for each custom parameter, might've missed that...
