Love this - some possible questions would be curious to have addressed in the post
1/ teams at the end of the day still need to have structure and efficiency - if we try to satisfy every intrinsic behavior and let them run free, isn't there a risk it can turn into chaos? how do you balance it? any mental models you use when making judgement calls? 2/ Is there ever a case where you would try to optimize and potentially kill the intrinsic motivator despite the risk, and how would you know? 3/ tips for aligning intrinsic behaviors with business needs
