Add console for easier testing via `./script/console` #107

No idea if this would be useful for others but it made my local development and testing much easier.

Add to CHANGELOG and document it in README and I love it.

Consider whether it's worth putting this script into scripts/ or script, ala https://github.com/dblock/slack-strava/tree/master/script. Don't feel strongly about it.
